How to apply ISQ, HNTec, NTec and BMA

Step 1: Registration for ICF programs can be made via online through Technical and Vocational Centralized Admission System (TVeCAS), upon announcement to the public.

Step 2: Shortlisted applicants will be notified by IBTE. Selection test and interview may be conducted subject to IBTE requirement. Applicants may appeal through online but approval is at IBTE deiscretion.

Step 3: Successful applicants will enroll into respective IBTE campuses, where they will start Orientation Week.


How to apply for CET

Step 1: Advertisement for CET will be through social media (ICF instagram and Facebook) and JobCentre Brunei website.

Step 2: Interested applicants may attend the walk-in interviews arranged centralized at JobCentre Brunei, Beribi.

Step 3: Successful applicants will be notified via phone calls and will be invited to a Pre-Enrollment Session.

Step 4: Training will commence at respective IBTE campuses where Conditional Offer of Employment (COE) will be given to the successful applicants.


TPOR for processing the application

Online Application via TVeCAS are usually open 2-3 months before intake enrollment consists of 4 weeks open online applications, screening and interview sessions.
